I would suggest that the timing of the adoption is considered carefully.
For example don't take on too much change at one time otherwise the full benefit may be lost. Set the adoption over several months and consider trialling bookkeeping changes prior to the accounting year end so you can start fresh at the start of the new financial year. Remember business comes first but an efficient business will give a better work life balance.

The more enthusiastic and engaged the boss is the easier the change will be for all.
