Use an iPad in your business

There are lots of features including Collaboration, Change Tracking, easy insertion of graphs, tables and images.
There are many templates available to start a document. An invoice template can be created, for example, which can be used in a stand alone invoicing system.
With iCloud you can move seamlessly from one device to another to edit a document. If you start a document on your iPhone you can complete the document on your iPad.
When you have completed your document it can be saved as a Pages file, a PDF file, a Word file or an EPub file.
You can also open word files that are sent to you. (Note: there are a small number of functions in Word files that cannot be opened in Pages). Therefore no matter what device you use or need to communicate with, Pages can do it.
Using your iPad with its built in keyboard provides a great deal of flexibility however there is the alternative of using an external keyboard. This means that you can see more of a document on the screen while creating or reviewing it.
